The Advantage is a 90-day (minimum) done-with-you or done-for-you implementation experience designed to bring your refined program, curriculum, or training to life.
Timelines are subject to change based on the scope of work and depth of the project, but we’ll align together on what’s realistic and sustainable from day one.
This experience includes structured planning, asset development, team communication systems, and support with rollout logistics. You’ll walk away with a fully activated initiative that aligns with your vision and engages your people, without adding more to your plate.
Delivery Structure
Begins with our 6-session Blueprint process, which lays the strategic foundation and ensures your vision, framework, and structure are fully aligned before implementation.
90 days of project management and implementation support (minimum).
Weekly check-ins or working sessions to ensure aligned progress.
Custom timeline, communications plan, and asset development.
Slack access between sessions for guidance and reviews.
Facilitator training, curriculum documentation, and internal team onboarding.
